Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using PilotSync ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Description of Service

PilotSync is an aircraft maintenance management platform that helps pilots, aircraft owners, and maintenance professionals track maintenance schedules, manage compliance requirements, and maintain accurate records of aircraft maintenance activities.

User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Not share your account credentials with others

• You must verify all maintenance requirements and compliance dates independently
• PilotSync is a tool to assist with maintenance management, not a substitute for professional judgment
• You should always consult with qualified aviation professionals and regulatory authorities
• Compliance with all applicable aviation regulations remains your responsibility

Subscription and Payment

Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in these terms.

Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial period without charge.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PilotSync, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the data you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve the Service.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PilotSync, Inc., its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PilotSync, Inc. and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may download your data for a limited time following termination.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Severability
